This project is on a 4.007 acre tract and will consist of eight 5,000 sq. ft. buildings with shared covered patios. Our plan allowed for two 2,500 square feet suites in each building consisting of 7 offices, conference room, reception area, work/file room, breakroom and kitchen. Alternately, suites can be customized to accommodate our client’s specific needs.
