This project is on a 3.26 acre tract and will consist of eight 5,000 sq. ft. buildings with shared covered patios. Our plan allowed for two 2,500 square feet suites in each building consisting of 7 offices, conference room, reception area, work/file room, breakroom and kitchen. Alternately, suites can be customized to accommodate our client’s specific needs.
This project is designed and constructed through the Midland Division of our company, Two Debs, LLC.
